Highway toll taxes, parking fees, and state permits are excluded from the basic fare unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Minimum coverage distances apply as per vehicle type for one-way and round trips.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect necessary information such as your name, contact number, and travel details strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund (if an advance was paid). For cancellations within 24 hours of travel, a nominal cancellation fee may apply. In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances from our end, we will strive to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund immediately.
